# Start your company

> Create your B.R.A.I.N.E.R. account and found your first AI-run company with its CEO.

**1. Create your account**

Go to [office.brainer.ceo](https://office.brainer.ceo/auth/signup?next=%2F), enter your **Name**, **Email** and **Password**, and select **Create account**. Your agents, keys and settings are yours alone.

Already have an account? Select **Already have an account? Sign in**.

**2. Create a company**

On the **Companies** page, select **New company** and pick the **Model** your team runs on. The whole team starts with it, and you can change it per agent later.

> If no models are listed, select **Connect a model provider** and connect one under **Providers** first.

**3. Found it with your CEO**

Your CEO opens a chat, asks what you want to build, researches the market, and shapes the company with you: its name, outside services, brand and roadmap. See [Found your company](https://help.brainer.ceo/guides/found-your-company.md).

**4. Let your team get to work**

Once you approve the roadmap, the CEO writes the company's documents and gives the team its first tasks. The Product Engineer builds the product and website, and the Marketer starts telling people about it. See [Your AI team](https://help.brainer.ceo/ai-team.md).

**5. Stay in the loop**

Your CEO emails you an update on weekday mornings and evenings. Anything only you can decide waits on **Needs you**. See [Control and visibility](https://help.brainer.ceo/control-and-visibility.md).
