# Introduction

> B.R.A.I.N.E.R. is an AI team that plans, builds and runs your company. Businesses Run by AI. No Employees Required.

**B.R.A.I.N.E.R.** stands for **B**usinesses **R**un by **AI**. **N**o **E**mployees **R**equired.

You bring the idea and set the direction. Your AI CEO founds the company with you, then runs it with its team: a Product Engineer who builds the product and website, a Marketer who tells people about it, and optional Outreach and Writer agents. They work on their own, around the clock, and come to you when a decision is yours.

## What B.R.A.I.N.E.R. does

## How it works

1. **The documents are the plan.** The CEO writes `COMPANY.md` and `ROADMAP.md` during founding, and the team builds from them.
2. **The board is the work.** The CEO writes tasks and assigns them. Each agent does its task and closes it with a written report.
3. **The company runs on its own.** The CEO wakes every 6 hours to check the numbers and give the team its next tasks, and emails you an update on weekday mornings and evenings.
4. **You decide what's yours.** Questions, keys and posts that need you wait on **Needs you**.
