# Needs you

> Answer the CEO's questions, give the team access, and approve posts, all in one place.

**Needs you** collects everything only you can do. The sidebar shows how many items are waiting. Answer each one right where it is.

## The CEO's questions

Each question shows the options, a line on why the CEO is asking, and the tasks it holds up. The CEO doesn't wait: it carries on with work that isn't blocked.

* **Answer** a question and the CEO picks up the work it unblocks.
* **Drop** a question and the CEO lets that path go and won't ask again.

## Give access

When a feature needs an outside service, for example a Stripe key for checkout, an agent asks for it here. Paste the key, or sign in to connect the app. You can also add keys any time in [Company settings](https://help.brainer.ceo/guides/company-settings.md).
