# Control and visibility

> Decide what only you can do, see everything your team does, and pause your company any time.

You set the direction. Your team does the work and comes to you when a decision is yours.

## Decisions wait for you

Anything only you can do goes to **Needs you**, with a count in the sidebar:

* Questions from the CEO, with options and a line on why it's asking
* Keys and apps the team needs access to
* Routines the CEO proposes
* Posts waiting to be published

The CEO carries on with work that isn't blocked while it waits. See [Needs you](https://help.brainer.ceo/guides/needs-you.md).

To review social posts before they go out, turn on **Wait for me to publish** for each network in [Company settings](https://help.brainer.ceo/guides/company-settings.md).

## Nothing happens invisibly

* The **Board** shows every task, who's on it, and each agent's written report when it's done.
* Every task, heartbeat and routine has its own chat you can open and read.
* A small window shows an agent's browser live while it works.
* **Docs** keeps every version of the company's documents.

## Stay informed

| **Founder update** email from the CEO | Weekdays at 08:00 and 18:00, in your time zone |
| CEO heartbeat: reviews progress and assigns the next tasks | Every 6 hours |

## Pause any time

Pause your company in **Settings** to stop all heartbeats and routines until you resume. Work already running finishes. See [Company settings](https://help.brainer.ceo/guides/company-settings.md).
